Most of the time we are not at our shop. The reason for this is our work is at your place. We are out in the field bidding jobs or installing them. We don't have a showroom, or have different people answering phones, or have a hugh sales staff. We don't ask you to "Please Hold" . This is why we are so affordable. We work on word of mouth.
